White Thyme for period pains
« on: October 13, 2014, 05:12:00 PM »
Hi
I am a complete newbie when it comes to essential oils. I saw recently articles regarding using white thyme for period pains. I have ordered and received a bottle of it but I can not find anywhere online which tells me how to use it if I wish to rub it on my skin. Do I just use a small amount on a tissue and dab it on or should it be diluted down before applying to the skin?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Do you have the scientific name of the oil on the bottle? I'm not familiar with white thyme off the top of my head. I'll have to do some research first.

Hi

Thanks for your reply, it says on the bottle thymus vulgaris/zygis if that means anything. This is the link to the one I brought
