What if there was an all-natural way to deal with nausea caused by
pregnancy or other health issues? If you have issues with nausea you’ll want
to read this. But first, be sure to check with your doctor and only buy
essential oils from reputable sources.
Peppermint – You can light a peppermint candle, drink peppermint tea, or
sprinkle peppermint essential oil onto a cotton ball and inhale directly to help
alleviate nausea and vomiting. Each method actually is a way to inhale the
peppermint to get it into your system to help with the symptoms.
Lemon – Using ten drops of essential lemon oil in a hot bath can help
alleviate the symptoms of nausea in pregnant women. You can even just
keep some fresh lemons around too. However you do it, sniffing lemon can
help end the feelings of nausea fast.

What you mentioned are some great tips. Please remember that essential oils usually should not be used during pregnancy unless specified by your physician/doctor.

Essential oils that have been used to relieve headaches and nausea include Eucalyptus Globulus, Citronella, Lavender, Lemongrass, Sweet Marjoram and Peppermint.

Powerful recipes include mixing lavender (8 drops), roman chamomile (4 drops) and apricot kernel (1 oz). Mix the oils together and take 1-4 drops of mixture place upon fingers and massage against forehead, temple and back of the neck.

Hope this helps!  :)
