Keeping it friendly
« on: May 25, 2014, 12:51:01 PM »
How do you handle confrontation from other company reps? I like to smile and congratulate them on making a good decision for their health. After all, they are way ahead of the general public which has never heard of essential oils. This has gotten me some suspicious looks but really I don't want to fight with anyone.

I'm going to start offering them samples too. I love the quality of the oils. Also, I imagine they are curious about them. I'm curious about other oils.

Kill them with kindness :) If they are being ugly and confrontational that's all you can do. I love doTERRA but understand why some love YL or PT. To each their own. I definitely agree on giving out samples!!

I have noticed its hard for people to argue if I smile and agree. Yes, they have some good oils. I think doTerra's are better. We can learn from each other. I would hate for someone to miss out on doTerra oils because someone was argumentative or unfriendly.
