Adding to the catalog is simple. Just choose which oil you would like to leave a submission on and click on it. Then add a New Topic. Your new topic title should be a one word or one phrase. Then leave a brief description and/or direction on how to apply the oil etc..
For Example:
Peppermint - Nausea - Peppermint oil is a great remedy for nausea or an upset stomach. Simply take 1-3 drops of peppermint oil and rub it onto your stomach.
Figured it would be cool to see what everyones favorite oil is via a poll. Just vote for your favorite. If your favorite is not on the list just reply with it and I will add it!!
Would you all like to see an essential oils catalog? Where it breaks down each essential oil to have it own discussion area? I think this would be neat but there are a loooot of different oils so I cant decide.
