Essential Oils For Good Health / Re: EOs for scent sensitive mother?

Wow this is a great question and had me actually searching for an answer myself. From what I can see, if you would like to get your mother essential oils then just teach her how to properly use the diffuser. Because of her sensitivity to scents, explain how she may only need 1-2 drops to get the desired effect (such as lavender for insomnia). Also you may want to stick to scents she enjoys the most to make it an easy transition into the essential oil lifestyle. I hope this helped a little!  ;D

P.S. This is the article that I derived my answer from so check it out for more in length details:

Essential Oils For Children / Get baby to sleep FAST.

I just wanted to let everyone know (just incase you didn't already) of how awesome Lavender essential oil is for a restless child. If my son just doesn't want to close his eyes for whatever reason at night, then I just load 6-10 drops of Lavender into my diffuser and in 30 minutes or less he's out like a light. I don't even remember what I did before (not sleep) but I'm not looking back now. Are there any essential oils out there that you prefer or even mix with lavender to help your child's insomnia? I'm always looking to mix things up!
